TINGKAT KEBUGARAN ANTARA ATLET PENCAK SILAT DAN ATLET KARATE DENGAN METODE TES ASTRAND-RHYMING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan tingkat kebugaran antara atlet Pencak Silat dan atlet Karate menggunakan metode tes Astrand-Rhyming. Kebugaran kardiorespirasi adalah faktor penting dalam olahraga bertahan lama seperti Pencak Silat dan Karate, dan tes Astrand-Rhyming digunakan untuk mengukur kapasitas aerobik atlet. Dengan membandingkan tingkat kebugaran antara kedua kelompok atlet ini, penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang persiapan fisik yang diperlukan dalam masing-masing cabang olahraga. Metode tes Astrand-Rhyming melibatkan pengukuran denyut nadi selama latihan sepeda ergometer dengan intensitas yang meningkat secara bertahap. Pengukuran ini memberikan informasi tentang kemampuan tubuh untuk menggunakan oksigen selama latihan, yang merupakan indikator kebugaran kardiorespirasi. Dengan melibatkan atlet Pencak Silat dan Karate dalam tes ini, kita dapat mengevaluasi tingkat kebugaran kardiorespirasi mereka dan membandingkannya antara kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pelatih dan atlet dalam merancang program latihan yang efektif. Dengan mengetahui perbedaan dalam tingkat kebugaran antara atlet Pencak Silat dan Karate, pelatih dapat menyesuaikan program latihan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran kardiorespirasi atlet sesuai dengan tuntutan cabang olahraga masing-masing. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang persiapan fisik yang optimal untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam kompetisi Pencak Silat dan Karate.
